Grievance Officer

  • Aetlier has designated a Grievance Officer to address complaints relating to the processing of personal information, including sensitive personal data or information (SPDI) under applicable Indian law.
  • Contact: privacy@aetlier.com (placeholder until the appointed officer is named on this page).
  • Please include your full name, contact details, and a clear description of your concern so we can review and respond appropriately.

30-Day Redress Commitment (SPDI)

  • We acknowledge receipt of grievances relating to SPDI and aim to resolve them within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt, in line with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
  • If additional time is required for investigation, we will inform you of the reason and the expected timeline.
  • Our response will explain the action taken, or the reasons why we are unable to grant the request where permitted by law.

How to File a Grievance

  • Email privacy@aetlier.com with the subject line “Grievance Redressal”.
  • Describe the nature of your complaint, relevant dates, and any supporting information.
  • For data access, correction, or deletion requests that are not complaints, you may also contact hello@aetlier.com as described in our Privacy Policy.
