Not for Medical Emergencies
- • Aetlier teleconsultation and online services are not emergency care.
- • If you have a medical emergency, call local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
Prescriptions & Licensed Practitioners
- • Prescriptions, when provided, are issued only by registered medical practitioners (RMPs) licensed to practise in India.
- • Online consultations do not replace an in-person clinical examination where one is required.
Face Scan
- • AI Face Scan is not currently offered on our platform.
- • Any historical references to Face Scan in our materials do not reflect an active service at this time.
Limitations of Teleconsultation
- • Remote consultations may not be suitable for all conditions and cannot substitute in-person diagnosis or treatment when clinically necessary.
- • Treatment outcomes vary by individual. Our clinicians will advise whether a procedure or consultation is appropriate for you.
