- • By accessing or using Aetlier Clinic services, booking appointments, or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Services & Eligibility
- • We provide aesthetic and wellness treatments performed by qualified professionals.
- • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to receive services.
Appointments & Scheduling
- • Appointments can be booked online as a guest or logged-in user.
- • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for consultation and paperwork.
- • We may reschedule appointments due to provider availability or operational reasons.
Cancellations & Refunds
- • We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or forfeit deposits, if any.
- • Prepaid packages and gift cards are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.
Payments
- • Payments are due at time of service. We accept major payment methods supported by our clinic.
- • Any applicable taxes will be added to the invoice as per local regulations.
Medical & Safety Disclaimer
- • Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
- • Treatments may carry risks; our clinicians will advise suitability and precautions.
- • Always disclose accurate medical history, allergies, and prior treatments.
User Accounts
- • If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

- • Courts in Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
